公司简介： 我们的客户是全球领先的光伏零部件及太阳跟踪装置的美资供应商，致力于通过创新技术推动全球清洁能源发展。随着中国业务的扩展，我们正寻找一位有活力的负责人管理账款回收，并能同时深入我司与国有企业合作关系。 职位概述： 副总裁助理（AVP） 负责中国EPC客户的应收账款管理与催收工作，重点聚焦国有企业客户。该职位需设计并优化跨部门协作流程，以提升回款效率，主动推进催收行动，并以中文与客户进行高效沟通。理想人选需与全球账单团队密切合作，及时解决账款争议，确保款项按时回收，同时维护并加强与客户的合作关系。 主要职责： 1. 回款策略制定： 设计并实施跨部门流程，提升中国EPC客户的回款效率，确保与财务、法务及项目管理团队的协同一致。 针对国有企业（SOE）制定定制化催收策略，解决行政审批流程复杂及付款周期长的问题。 2. 应收账款管理与客户沟通： 主导每周的催收工作，包括发送邮件、电话跟进及相关文件的追踪（以中文进行）。此职责亦包括与EPC客户财务部门及项目经理的面对面沟通。 建立并维护与EPC客户财务及运营团队的紧密关系，包括必要时的加班晚餐及外出会议等社交安排。 管理客户往来沟通，包括争议解决、付款提醒与账户对账。 准确维护应收账款记录及账龄报告，并优先处理较高的账款金额账户。 3.跨部门协作： 与区域账单团队（中国、南亚、拉美/欧洲、中东）协作，核对发票、解决差异，确保账单准确无误。 协调法务及财务部门处理拖欠账户，并降低信用风险。 在客户财务团队与项目团队之间搭建桥梁，促进付款流程的顺利进行。 4. 报告与分析： 定期为高层管理层生成应收账款周报/月报，分析催收绩效、潜在风险及可执行建议。 监控付款趋势，提出优化建议，以降低销售回款周期（DSO）。 5. 合规与客户关系管理： 在催收过程中，确保遵守当地法规及合同条款。 通过透明沟通与积极解决问题，取的国企客户的信任。 任职资格： 经验： 7-10年催收、应收账款管理或财务运营相关经验，其中3年以上专注于国有企业客户或EPC行业。 语言能力： 中文、英文（书面即可）。 软技能： 具备优秀的谈判技巧、跨文化沟通能力及多方协作管理能力。 优先条件： 拥有信用管理相关认证（如CICP）或注册会计师（CPA）资格者优先。 其他信息： 需国内不定期出差 （如上海、杭州、北京等） 公司注重创新、诚信与可持续发展，提供具有竞争力的薪酬与职业发展机会。 我们是平等就业机会雇主。 工作地点：苏州。
