崗位職責: 負責現場實施部署工作，包括路線規劃、動作設定、設備聯調等全流程組織與執行。 能獨立排查並處理常見故障，快速定位設備連動異常、調度系統對接等問題，並確保設備穩定運作。 負責AMR現場設備維護與備件管理，獨立完成車輛及設備的備件更換與調試，嚴格遵循車體維修手冊規範操作，並做好備件登記與管理。 為客戶提供標準化的操作培訓，整理並歸檔完整的實施文件、故障記錄及最佳化建議。 獨立對接客戶的常規現場需求，配合專案團隊完成專案驗收，提出切實可行的現場改善方案。 任職要求: 專科及以上學歷，工業自動化、機電工程、電子工程、機械等相關科系畢業。 具備1年以上工業自動化或機電設備相關工作經驗，具備基本的現場調試能力。 了解自動化系統整合基本流程，熟悉PLC、變頻器等常見工控元件的基礎應用，掌握基礎網路原理及Linux系統使用，能獨立解決常見現場問題。 具備良好的溝通表達與問題解決能力，能夠獨立對接客戶的常規現場需求。 了解台灣本地工業安全規範及設備安裝標準者優先；具AMR或智慧倉儲設備相關經驗者佳。
