Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Delivery Team, with a primary focus on Employer of Record, HR Consultancy, and Payroll Outsourcing services.
- Collaborate with the HRMS Project Implementation team on the management and delivery of HR solutions to clients, as needed.
- Oversee not only the fulfillment of HR services and HRMS deployment but also other recurring and ad‑hoc HR projects, including onboarding, placement, staffing, additional HR consulting, and visa requirements – ensuring full compliance with Taiwan regulations and Service Level Agreements.
- Serve as the account and customer engagement specialist for assigned client accounts.
- Apply strong consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged HR solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into clients' business environments, helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Supervise and manage a team of service specialists to ensure quality service fulfillment.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in an HR service delivery role.
- In‑depth knowledge of Taiwan HR regulations and practices.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, including payroll processing.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, adaptable, self‑motivated, collaborative, responsible, agile, and entrepreneurial in approach.
