I. JOB SUMMARY Be responsible for supervising and tracking all scopes of work relating to staffing, employment compliance and labor relations, including but not limited to: recruitment, employer branding, internship policies, compliance and labor relations, teams budget monitoring, etc. Lead team members to ensure quality recruiting talents to fit Companys demand, build and implement development plan for employer branding.
