Position: Scientific Communication Specialist
DepartmentPublic Relations (PR)
Working place: Ha Noi City
Age: 22 ~ 30 years old
I. JOB SUMMARY
Scientific Affairs staff is responsible for carrying out scientific communication activities related to Company products and products safety, including MSG, to KOL/ influencers in society and organizations/ institutions in the fields of biology, food, health, etc., general public and Company employees to communicate and disseminate accurate scientific knowledge about the products, thereby contributing to the business of the Company.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Execute tasks of the team, including but not limited to:
1. Develop content for software, website, and other communication channels of Nutrition and Health Projects:
- Cooperate with members of the Scientific Affairs Section, Food Product Development Department, other related Sections/ Departments, and related authorities to develop content, and menus of Nutrition and Health Projects (starting now referred to as Projects) as a plan of Section;
- Develop platforms (Software/ Website) of Projects;
- Cooperate with related authorities and organizations to develop Projects effectively; - Develop content to conduct monthly communication activities and Project training to employees, related authorities, organizations and community;
- Monthly/ yearly build and maintain good relationships with related authorities, organizations in order to deploy Projects or nutrition and health activities; - Monthly/yearly report on Projects activities to Manager.
2. Disseminating scientific information and knowledge to individuals/ agencies/ organizations in the scientific community or related to nutrition & health, other subjects, and Company employees:
- Organize online & offline plant/ office tours for scientific communication; - Directly communicate scientific information through communication channels of the Public Relations Department for individuals and organizations;
- Compose and produce content used for scientific communication activities; - Maintain relationships with individuals and organizations for the above-mentioned scientific communication purposes;
- Cooperate with agencies/ organizations to communicate science to other influential people.
3. Communication activities on owned media (Fanpage, FB groups, Zalo): - Coordinate with the Science Department, Product Research and Development Department, and relevant authorities to develop and build the contents and menus of nutrition and health projects according to the plan of the Department;
- Develop operating platforms (Software/Website) of the Project;
- Develop plans and content for communication and training activities of the Project; - Report project activities to the Line Manager monthly/ yearly.
4. Implement and communicate projects to authorities, organizations related to the field of health nutrition, the community, and Company employees:
- Organize online & offline training sessions to deploy all Project contents to relevant subjects according to assigned plans;
- Training and sharing with company employees on different contents (such as improvement, nutrition, and health care for employees) of monthly/ yearly projects; - Arrange online & offline training schedules for potential sales organizations.
5. Other roles and responsibilities:
- Monthly communication about the company Factory VR Tour program by 3D/360 technology to the community via the activities and contents of the Projects, including but not limited to conferences, training, articles, etc;
- Monthly communication about the company Online Cooking Class to the community via the activities and contents of the Projects;
- Implement communication activities to introduce Company products, especially MSG on forums and communities related to cooking, cuisine, and nutrition;
- Communicate and approach KOLs and institutions in the network of relationships to sell Company products to institutions canteens and their members in cooperation with the Sales Dept., contributing to realizing the Nationwide canteen project and business support;
- Support other activities as assigned by the Line Manager (if any).
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related majors; - Be proficient in English (4 skills) and MS Office;
- Have good scientific knowledge in Biology, Food Technology, Nutrition field; - Have good presentation and social communication skills;
- Be confident and open-minded;
- Years of experience: Not required.
IV. WORKING CONDITION
- Working time: 08:00 16:45/ from Monday to Friday;
