TA & EB Supervisor_HCMC

 Job Description:

I. JOB SUMMARY

Be responsible for supervising and tracking all scopes of work relating to staffing,

employment compliance and labor relations, including but not limited to: recruitment,

employer branding, internship policies, compliance and labor relations, teams budget

monitoring, etc.

Lead team members to ensure quality recruiting talents to fit Companys demand, build

and implement development plan for employer branding.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Execute tasks of SCLR team, including but not limited to:

1. Recruitment:

- Supervise and track recruitment process implementation of SCLR team;

- Update progress and evaluate productivity of recruitment activities;

- Implement continuous improvement for recruitment activities to catch-up with market

recruitment trend;

- Develop recruitment management system.

2. Employer Brand

- Build, develop & implement Employer Branding (EB) plan;

- Enhance EB visibility on digital platforms;

- Internal Engagement activities;

- Supervise, manage and develop contents on recruitment platforms;

- Supervise and coordinate EB Awards, communication for both internal and external;

- Develop and implement internship policy, young talent program.

3. Compliance and Labor Relations:

- Review and improve the Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility/ Company

Labor Rules and Regulations/ Collective Labor Agreement comply with the Law;

- Setting up periodical Dialogues at workplace, Employee Conference in collaboration with

Labor Union, Long Service Rewards programs;

- Supervise the activities of Workplace nutrition improvement and other policies aimed at

enhancing the health and well-being of employees;

- Conduct labor disciplinary activities.

4. Employee development:

- Lead subordinates in Section;

- Coach and educate staffs in daily operation.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Economics/ related majors.

Human Resources Department

- Having general knowledge of Labor Law;

- Having good skills in recruitment, negotiation, plan setting and execution, problem

finding and solving and resource management;

- Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field and position;

- Highly responsible, careful, honest, hard-working.

IV. WORKING CONDITION

- Working time: 08:00 16:45 / from Monday to Friday;

- Working place: Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
