HR Manager
Job Description:
Manage HR team including 1 general HR, 1 general affair, 1 IT
Duties:
- Human resource management
- Management of C&B
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as: organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issue between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in production field
- Language: English - Business Level
