Responsibilities: Perform motor insurance / hire purchase financing duties; Documentation and reception duties. (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO). Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc. Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, inspection approval. Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties. Handling shipping administrative duties. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
