Production Coordinator
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities

Analyze customer order backlog to create production schedule.

Release production orders and coordinate production operations following material
availability.

Coordinate with the material replenishment team on material shortages and discuss solutions to
improve OTD and customer satisfaction.

Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production.

Liaise with Front Office and support functions to address delivery issues.
-
Address customers' delivery-related requests.
-
Communicate customer special requirements to production operations.
-
Prepare status and performance reports.
