Founded by Adam Piper, an Australian visionary, he has over 20 years of experience working across Asia and Australia in the staffing and recruitment industry. He has consulted with some of the world’s leading multinationals and is a respected figure within the region. In addition to being the CEO of The Remote Group, Adam also acts as an advisor to start-up companies entering Asia. He will often be advised at the board level, in the vicinity of 6 companies per month. Adam is a hands-on practitioner and is at the front of the Remote Control brand, where he will often be the point of contact for the vast majority of Remote Control’s global clients.

He is passionate about the business, which comes through in the high service levels he demands at Remote Control. Adam is also an advocate for staff welfare. Remote Control has developed an enviable staff retention rate. This is due, in part, to specific “Staff Retention” programs that have been implemented by Adam at Remote Control and delivered daily!
