1. After graduation from the University of New Hampshire with a BA degree, Bob Started out in his career as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch for 5 years. He entered the Executive Search Industry in the 1980’s. beginning with a contingency firm who then advanced to Retainer-Based work. He then started his own independent executive search firm for many years, Peyser Associates, Inc. now SEARCHFIND PARTNERS, which has worked with many National and International companies on either FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT or CONTRACT positions.
