SearchFind Partners, a leading legal recruitment firm, is currently seeking an experienced Attorney to join our client's team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a highly competitive salary of up to $400,000 per year, based on your experience and "portable" book of business.

As an Attorney at our client, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting legal research and analysis

- Drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings

- Representing clients in court or in other legal proceedings

- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients

- Managing and growing a portable book of business

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be licensed to practice law in the state of [multiple states]. In addition, we are seeking an attorney with a minimum of [3] years of experience in [specific practice area(s)].
