Involve was founded by IIT Graduates Divanshu & Samyak, who left their placements to build their dream. Through Involve, we are re-imagining education by building agency in school students, targeting 1 million students in the next 5 years. We do that by leveraging a peer learning-teaching-based approach. The approach emanates from our belief in "Kids first" and our key design principles: Co-created with students, Led by the students & participation by choice.

So far, we have directly worked with 220000+ students across India, improving their learning outcomes (39% from the baseline to Endline, maths) and the sense of ownership & leadership with our programs. Our core program of Peer Teaching has students in their formative years of age of 12-16 teacher and mentor their juniors in public schools. We have also seen great improvement in the learning culture of the school, teenage behavior, etc. We are backed by some prominent institutions like the Central Square Foundation, Nudge foundation for social entrepreneurship, Wells Fargo, TFIx to name a few.
