- Lead and manage the utility maintenance team to ensure all systems are operational and reliable.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards related to utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve utility-related issues with minimal downtime.
- Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized utility services.
- Control budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement for utility systems.
- Train and develop the utility maintenance team in technical skills and problem-solving.
