Lean Manufacturing Specialist - Chiang Mai

Description

• Develop, monitor, and improve production processes to achieve high efficiency, product consistency, and quality standards.
• Oversee key production stages: raw material preparation until finishing.
• Analyze and solve process issues such as cracking, warping, color variation, or yield loss.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to reduce defects and improve overall productivity.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on process control and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement in the manufacturing industry. 
• Strong knowledge of production processes and raw materials. 
• Hands-on problem-solving ability and process improvement skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different departments.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in computer skills and process analysis tools.
