About the job Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage supply chain teams, including Planning & Order Processing, Procurement, and Warehousing.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and materials planning to ensure supply continuity.
- Ensure CGMP-compliant warehousing operations for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
2. Process & Operations Management
- Strengthen coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high service levels.

Optimize warehouse capacity, material flows, and overall resource utilization.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and business planning cycle to define operational targets.
3. Continuous Improvement & Productivity
- Streamline supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten lead times.
- Implement semi-automated systems, including barcode technology, to enhance warehouse performance.

Monitor and track KPIs to drive productivity and accountability across teams.
4. Resource Planning & Development

Plan long-term warehouse space requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Develop workforce capability through training and alignment with regional guidelines.

Build a resilient and high-performing supply chain team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business.

MBA or Masters degree in Logistics, Operations, or related discipline (preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with exposure to pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, manage large teams, and deliver operational excellence.
