Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage supply chain teams, including Planning & Order Processing, Procurement, and Warehousing.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and materials planning to ensure supply continuity.
• Ensure CGMP-compliant warehousing operations for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).

2. Process & Operations Management

• Strengthen coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high service levels.

• Optimize warehouse capacity, material flows, and overall resource utilization.

• Participate in the annual budgeting and business planning cycle to define operational targets.

3. Continuous Improvement & Productivity

• Streamline supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten lead times.
• Implement semi-automated systems, including barcode technology, to enhance warehouse performance.

• Monitor and track KPIs to drive productivity and accountability across teams.

4. Resource Planning & Development

• Plan long-term warehouse space requirements and infrastructure needs.

• Develop workforce capability through training and alignment with regional guidelines.

• Build a resilient and high-performing supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business.

• MBA or Masters degree in Logistics, Operations, or related discipline (preferred).

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with exposure to pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to drive process improvements, manage large teams, and deliver operational excellence.
