About the job Business Analyst (Oracle) – Asia

As a Business Systems Analyst (Oracle), you will provide functional and technical leadership for Oracle EBS across our APAC manufacturing facilities. You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams to design high-quality solutions, specifically driving end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • S&OP Leadership: Lead and support demand/supply planning, capacity reviews, and executive consensus using Oracle EBS.
  • Process Optimization: Document business flows, conduct gap analysis, and design future-state solutions to meet business requirements.
  • System Configuration: Maintain planning-related master data, including item attributes, sourcing rules, lead times, and ATP/CTP calculations.
  • Regional Support: Provide Level 3 production support and incident resolution for multi-org APAC environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams on system flows and code reviews while translating complex system behavior for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development or systems analysis.
  • S&OP Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in Oracle EBS S&OP cycles (forecasting, inventory policy, and capacity constraints).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports. Knowledge of Java/JavaScript is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on master data governance and system integrity.
  • Communication: High proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to partner with cross-functional leadership.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with APAC regional planning (tariffs, intercompany supply models, and long lead-time constraints).
