Server Delivery Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform server deployment (rack & stack, cabling, installation) and conduct QA/QC post-installation validation
• Monitor daily operations, ensure SLA achievement, and handle/escalate risks or issues during delivery
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with site, safety, and operational standards
• Support data center activities including inspections, remote hands support, asset tracking, and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience in server installation, rack & stack, cabling, and basic troubleshooting
• Understanding of server deployment processes and hardware/software validation (QA/QC, pre-OS checks)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills (Thai & English)
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow SOPs, SLA, and compliance/safety standards consistently
