Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, resources, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
• Drive technical infrastructure, documentation, and process improvement initiatives (ECO, quality procedures, validation).
• Provide technical expertise, support, and customized service offerings for products and service centers.
• Act as Project Manager for complex technical, organizational development, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and perform additional duties as assigned.S

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Science (advanced degree preferred) with 7-10 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong mastery of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO) and ISO 9000/14001 systems.
• Proven track record in process/quality management, SPC/statistical methods, and hands-on engineering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in diverse global organizations.
