Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all administrative operations at the Thailand manufacturing facility, including office administration, asset control, vehicle management, security services, canteen operations, and dormitory management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  2. Support the HR Business Partner in executing local HR activities such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll support, and employee relations management.
  3. Assist in developing, localizing, and implementing administrative and HR policies in compliance with company standards and local regulations. Promote effective collaboration and cultural integration between Thai and Chinese teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
  4. Liaise with local government authorities and external agencies (e.g., Labor Department, Immigration Office) to ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, immigration requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
  5. Supervise and develop the local administrative support team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to improve overall efficiency and professionalism.
  6. Organize and coordinate internal meetings, employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company celebrations.
  7. Handle and coordinate business visa and work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation for expatriate employees.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative management within a manufacturing environment. Experience in Chinese-invested enterprises or multinational companies is an advantage.
  3. Fluency in Thai and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
  4. Solid understanding of Thailand labor laws, social security system, and related regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational and planning ability, high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, service-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork spirit.
