Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial activities across local entities.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, IFRS reporting packages, budgets, and balance sheet reconciliations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable collections, tax compliance, payroll processing, and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and finance partners.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, shared service centers, and management to support group reporting, financial analysis, process improvements, and internal control initiatives.
- Develop and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures to strengthen operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; ACCA or CPA qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, with strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NAV preferred), Group Reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik), and advanced financial reporting processes.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive continuous process improvements, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
