Job Description: 
  • Verify cost calculations and update customers after costing is completed.
  • Review CAD design accuracy and apply the MVP approach to improve efficiency and reduce lead time, while tracking progress.
  • Ensure timely issuance of Sales Orders (SO) and coordinate with teams to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Check Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and timeliness, and communicate proactively with customers regarding any issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Provide purchasing teams with accurate material and component requirements.
  • Participate in NPD meetings to review new customer designs and identify potential risks.
  • Follow up with planning and production teams to ensure on-time order completion and delivery.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager role.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in jewelry manufacturing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP (Dynamics 365) experience is a plus.
