Job Description:
- Verify cost calculations and update customers after costing is completed.
- Review CAD design accuracy and apply the MVP approach to improve efficiency and reduce lead time, while tracking progress.
- Ensure timely issuance of Sales Orders (SO) and coordinate with teams to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Check Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and timeliness, and communicate proactively with customers regarding any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve order discrepancies.
- Provide purchasing teams with accurate material and component requirements.
- Participate in NPD meetings to review new customer designs and identify potential risks.
- Follow up with planning and production teams to ensure on-time order completion and delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in jewelry manufacturing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP (Dynamics 365) experience is a plus.
