Senior Costing

Responsibilities

• Oversee product costing and standard cost management in SAP, including BOM, routing, labor, raw materials, and manufacturing overhead.
• Lead monthly costing, variance analysis, and gross margin review, identifying cost drivers and providing recommendations to improve profitability.
• Manage inventory costing and control for RM, WIP, and FG, including valuation, reconciliation, physical counts, and obsolete/slow-moving stock.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning, while analyzing production efficiency, yield, scrap, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare costing, inventory, COGS, and BOI reports, support audits and tax-related requirements, and collaborate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 10+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry environment.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience with strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Cost Center Accounting; strong knowledge of BOM is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel, with good overall system knowledge.
• Good English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure, and experienced in coordinating with government authorities.
