Oracle ERP Technical Specialist (International Manufacturing)

Job summary:
       As the system is already fully implemented, the primary focus of this role is Technical Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Continuous Enhancement. You will be the technical "anchor" responsible for writing, debugging, and optimizing the Oracle ERP environment to ensure that global manufacturing operations and financial reporting remain seamless and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Code Maintenance & Debugging: Investigate and resolve program errors (bug fixing) within the existing Oracle environment, specifically focusing on Manufacturing and SCM modules.
- Report Customization: Develop and modify complex business reports using Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and OTBI (Cloud) to meet the specific needs of Production and Finance teams.
- Data Fix & Troubleshooting: Write advanced SQL and PL/SQL scripts to audit and correct data integrity issues (e.g., clearing stuck inventory transactions or reconciling accounting entries).
- System Enhancement: Develop small-to-medium extensions or customizations to improve user efficiency on the factory floor.
- Integration & Interface Management: Monitor and repair data interfaces (APIs/Web Services) between Oracle ERP and external systems, such as Warehouse Barcoding or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Technical Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation for all code changes, logic updates, and technical design documents (TDD).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of technical experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) or Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
- Expert proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is mandatory. Proficiency in BI Publisher and Oracle Developer Suite.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Table Structures for INV, WIP, BOM, and PO.
- Good command of English is essential for coordinating with international stakeholders.
