Network Engineer Team Leader

Responsibilities:     

• Gather project requirements and provide technical consulting to customers     Create technical documents (Micro design, Work-Plan, Final Report)     
• Lead implementation efforts and coordinate with 3rd-party vendors     
• Ensure project safety, quality, and deliverables     
• Track issues proactively and escalate when needed     
• Solve technical and process-related problems until project completion

Qualifications:     

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields    
• 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in networking/project engineering     Hands-on experience in:     
• LAN (Cisco-based)     
• Wireless (Cisco & Aruba solutions)     
• Network security (firewalls, ACL)     
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure advantage)     
• Strong English communication skills     
• Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and team leadership     
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are highly preferred
