Finance and Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, budgets, costs, and financial variances for management.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Head Office and external auditors for quarterly and annual audits.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, overheads, and investment/internal orders to support cost control.
• Manage SAP-related accounting processes and coordinate with SAP consultants when required.
• Lead, develop, and provide training to the Accounting & Finance team.

Qualifications 

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong experience in full-set accounting, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis, with the ability to provide insights to Management.
• Good knowledge of SAP, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control, with experience in resolving SAP-related issues.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with good English communication skills and experience in managing and developing an Accounting & Finance team.
