About the job HR Manager (Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate culture, employee engagement, wellness, and employer branding initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders and regional HR teams on workforce planning and global expansion
- Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning
- Oversee organizational design, restructuring, performance management, and continuous improvement
- Design competitive compensation frameworks, KPIs, and performance evaluation systems
- Ensure labor law compliance, HR governance, CSR, and sustainability alignment across jurisdictions
- Optimize HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in multinational or global environments
- Strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and change management
- Solid knowledge of global HR practices, labor compliance, compensation, and performance systems
- Professional working proficiency in English
