Security Supervisor (Data Center, Chonburi)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control physical access to the Data Center to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Conduct regular facility patrols and monitor CCTV/Intrusion Detection systems to identify and report any irregularities.
• Assist in the inspection and basic maintenance of security equipment (CCTV, Card Readers, Fire Alarms).
• Document and maintain accurate security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the technical team and provide basic assistance to clients or visitors.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for emergency response and incident escalation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (New graduates are welcome), or a High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) with strong relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience in Security Operations, IT Support, or Facilities Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations; understanding of CCTV, Card Readers, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Basic English communication skills (e.g., reading documents, greeting, and responding to simple inquiries from international clients).
• Must be able to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• High responsibility, observant, and able to work under pressure in a critical environment.
