Customer Relationship Manager (Automotive Industry)

Location: Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok (Near MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30-17:30)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from initial contact to final sale, ensuring high-quality capturing, nurturing, and qualification of potential leads.
- Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue by aligning sales, marketing, and service functions.
- Lead Orchestration: Manage the systematic distribution of qualified leads to sales teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and optimizing the process to boost conversion rates.
- Behavioral Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and data patterns to provide actionable insights for personalized marketing campaigns and improved customer experiences.
- Systems & Automation: Lead the oversight of CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure organizational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Service departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless, positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Reporting & ROI: Define key lead processes and marketing metrics to track overall effectiveness, providing regular reports to management on ROI and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or relate filed.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Marketing/CRM Campaigns. (Preferred Marketing in the automotive marketing industry)
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
- Highly competent in MS Office applications, with advanced Microsoft Excel skill.
- Strong presentation skill, communication skill, problem solving skill and have conceptual and systematic thinking.
