BOI Specialist (Automotive Parts Manufacturing)

Industry: Automotive Parts Manufacturing
Location: CPGC Industrial Estate, Rayong (Work in the villa near the industrial park until the factory is completed)
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00-17:30)/Weekend off/ No OT

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's application for benefits from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), including document preparation, submission, follow-up, interviews, and successful approval.
- Conduct in-depth research on relevant Thai BOI policies, regulations, and procedures, providing professional advice and recommendations for company investment decisions and project applications.
- Responsible for post-approval BOI tasks, such as submitting regular reports, project progress reports, applications for tax-free import of machinery, equipment, and raw materials, ensuring the company continuously enjoys BOI benefits.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the BOI office and other relevant investment promotion agencies, establishing and maintaining good communication channels.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Production, and other departments to collect and compile data and documents required for BOI applications and annual reporting.

Qualifications:
- High Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's in Law, International Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of proven success in independently managing and securing Thailand BOI project approvals.
- Prior experience within the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English is preferred, writing official documents and communicating in English; basic Chinese communication skills are a plus.
- Knowledge & Skills: Thorough understanding of the Thailand BOI application process, preferential policies, and compliance requirements.
