Maintenance Manager - (Food Manufacturing, Chiang Mai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of machine and utilities maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of production equipment.
• Plan and execute both preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical production machinery, including extruders, dryers, conveyors, and packaging machines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PM programs for utility systems, such as boilers, chillers, compressed air systems, HVAC, and water treatment, to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations related to maintenance and utilities operations.
• Train and mentor machine maintenance technicians to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Leverage knowledge of PLCs and automation systems to improve troubleshooting and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of production machinery and utility systems (e.g., extruders, dryers, conveyors, packaging equipment, boilers, chillers, air compressors).
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) will be an advantage.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.
