Technical Support (Solar Cell, Fluent English)

Responsibilities

• Deliver product technical briefings and demonstrations of PV optimizers and rapid shutdown devices (RSD) to EPC contractors, installers, and distributors in Thailand. Gather client requirements and pain points to collaborate with internal R&D teams.
• Translate and localize product manuals, marketing materials, and technical documents from English to Thai. Assist in organizing local PV exhibitions, industry events, and customer seminars.
• Maintain customer relationships in Thailand, manage daily communications, and support domestic team visits (including meeting translation and itinerary coordination).

Qualifications

• Nationality: Thai Local.
•  Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Background in Photovoltaic (PV) / Solar / Power Electronics is highly preferred.
• Candidates with strong Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics backgrounds without direct solar experience are also welcome (Product training will be provided).
• Competencies: Strong technical understanding, customer-facing communication skills, and presentation capabilities.
• Flexibility: Able to travel within Thailand as required by projects (primarily Bangkok, Rayong, and surrounding industrial hubs)
