Position: Maintenance Manager
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 THB/ Month
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Nearing BTS)

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an Engineering & Maintenance Manager or similar role.
  • Background in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all calibration and validation activities to ensure equipment, instruments, test devices, and cleanrooms comply with GMP, quality regulations, and international standards.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule in alignment with department timelines.
  • Develop, revise, and update the Master Calibration Plan and calibration lists.
  • Manage cleanroom validation activities and ensure they are executed according to schedule.
  • Remove and write-off obsolete or damaged instruments from the calibration plan.
  • Supervise and standardize calibration procedures and work instructions to meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor calibration programs for all critical instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain and verify calibration records, reports, and status updates.
  • Coordinate instrument write-off decisions for equipment that cannot be repaired.
  • Add new instruments and equipment to the Master Calibration Plan.
  • Prepare and verify calibration reports before releasing equipment for operational use.
  • Establish calibration procedures and work instructions for new equipment.
  • Coordinate calibration of master standards with qualified external providers.
  • Review and maintain records and reports related to master calibration standards.
  • Ensure proper upkeep and availability of master calibration standards for the Engineering & Maintenance Department.
  • Oversee calibration and validation activities for new machines and projects according to the project master plan.
  • Review calibration and validation reports prepared by technicians and team leads.
  • Provide proper tools, equipment, and resources for calibration and validation tasks.
  • Serve as the coordinator for energy conservation and environmental initiatives.
