Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily, proactive outreach and visits to existing and potential customers to promote the company's portfolio of logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Develop, implement, and rigorously execute strategic sales plans and business strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and significantly contribute to overall company growth.
- Actively expand the Chinese customer base by identifying new prospects through targeted market research and developing tailored service solutions to meet their specific supply chain needs.
- Lead customer negotiations, proposal development, and formal presentations to ensure successful business acquisition and project implementation.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide constructive feedback and recommendations to Business Unit Managers for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term business relationships with key local customers, Chinese-speaking clients, and strategic business partners.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with overseas counterparts and Chinese-speaking affiliates to exchange sales leads, explore synergistic opportunities, and jointly develop seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Proactively identify potential high-value customers within designated industrial zones and sectors.
- Gather, analyze, and report relevant market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends to Business Unit Managers to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry (experience with Chinese customer accounts preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Chinese with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. (Interview in the Chinese language)
- English skills as conversational.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant business software.
