About the job HR Management Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for IT and technology-related positions, from manpower requisition through onboarding handover, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and hiring demands.
- Drive employer branding, candidate experience, recruitment process improvement, and recruitment analytics/reporting to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Manage recruitment vendors, outsourcing activities, recruitment agreements, compliance requirements, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Science, Business Computer, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR functions within IT, Technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience in recruitment strategy, sourcing channel optimization, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills, with knowledge of Labor Law, ATS, Microsoft Office/O365, and Power BI.
