Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end quality assurance for IPTV/OTT software products, including Android set-top box applications, backend services, and web interfaces.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases covering functional, API, performance, compatibility, and integration testing while identifying and tracking defects.
• Conduct API testing and troubleshoot application issues using tools such as ADB, Android Logcat, Wireshark, and JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and product teams to report testing progress, resolve issues, and ensure high software quality.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with experience in software testing, QA, or technical support for web, mobile, or backend applications.
• Hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and API testing, with proficiency in tools such as Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, or similar.
• Familiarity with Android debugging tools (ADB, Logcat), network analysis (Wireshark), and defect management platforms such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an English-Thai or Chinese-Thai environment and support occasional after-hours maintenance.
