Maintenance Manager (Good English)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility operations, infrastructure, utilities, and heavy machinery maintenance across the manufacturing plant.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Lead, train, and manage the facility and maintenance engineering teams.
• Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets for plant equipment and building upkeep.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, local safety standards).
• Oversee third-party contractors, vendor service contracts, and facility improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in facility and maintenance management within a large manufacturing or production facility.
• Proven expertise in PM/TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), HVAC, PLC, electrical systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken) for corporate reporting, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional communication.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
