Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, new technologies, and emerging opportunities in construction and related sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders at both domestic and international levels.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities by analyzing financial data, market strategies, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align new business opportunities with company strategy and operations.
  • Safeguard confidential business information and represent the company with the highest ethical standards.
  • Continuously enhance professional knowledge by engaging in industry networks, training programs, and global forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry or international business development.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships, negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate risks and develop strategic solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in industry-related software and digital tools.

  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Age 30+; candidates with leadership potential are strongly preferred.
