Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, new technologies, and emerging opportunities in construction and related sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders at both domestic and international levels.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities by analyzing financial data, market strategies, and organizational priorities.
- Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align new business opportunities with company strategy and operations.
- Safeguard confidential business information and represent the company with the highest ethical standards.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge by engaging in industry networks, training programs, and global forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry or international business development.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships, negotiations, and market expansion.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate risks and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.

- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
