Director of Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Define project methodologies and governance frameworks
• Align project delivery with business goals and executive strategy
• Oversee CRM loyalty and e-commerce platform projects from discovery to deployment
• Manage project portfolio, KPIs, risk, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams
• Resolve critical project issues and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Drive process improvement, automation, and agile adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in project management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in CRM, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce (B2C/B2B) preferred
