Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities 

• Oversee and allocate maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with production schedules
• Develop and implement maintenance policies for the organization
• Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
• Plan and execute training programs to elevate the skills of the maintenance team
• Manage and control maintenance budgets 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in maintenance management within the semiconductor manufacturing sector
• Skilled in defect analysis and driving quality improvements
• Familiarity with environmental management systems
