Responsibilities:

  • Build and test prototypes, ensuring quality and comfort.
  • Adjust designs to improve fit and performance.
  • Inspect finished products for defects.
  • Implement quality control processes and suggest improvements.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production.
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on footwear innovations and trends.
  • Develop and refine new and existing products.
  • Conduct product testing and analyze performance.
  • Maintain detailed records of materials, prototypes, and processes.
  • Prepare technical documents and manuals.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or certification in footwear design, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years in footwear development, materials, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency is required
  • Knowledge of sustainability and quality control is an advantage.
