Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers, both domestic and international.
• Conduct market research to identify new and innovative materials and suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Manage the sourcing process from initial request to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Track and analyze supplier performance.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing for the garment industry.
• Strong understanding of textile materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sourcing sustainable materials.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations.
