Responsibilities 

  • Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including Construction control plans, Budget plans, and Project development plans.
  • Organize and oversee project-related activities.
  • Review material purchase estimates.
  • Prepare and maintain construction-related documents, such as weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure the project adheres to construction and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Knowledge of Construction Management, especially for gas piping systems, is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Must have a valid personal driving license and the ability to drive.
