About the job Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Develop detailed project plans, including Construction control plans, Budget plans, and Project development plans.
- Organize and oversee project-related activities.
- Review material purchase estimates.
- Prepare and maintain construction-related documents, such as weekly progress reports.
- Ensure the project adheres to construction and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of Construction Management, especially for gas piping systems, is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Must have a valid personal driving license and the ability to drive.
