Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding paperwork.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management process.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate performance records.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Manage leave administration, including vacation, sick leave, and other leaves of absence.
- Ensure the HR department is compliant with all data protection regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Policy and Procedure Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
