Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding paperwork.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management process.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate performance records.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
    • Administer employee benefits programs.
    • Manage leave administration, including vacation, sick leave, and other leaves of absence.
    • Ensure the HR department is compliant with all data protection regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training programs.
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Policy and Procedure Development:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
