Senior Warehouse Supervisor Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Design and roll out plans to enhance operational productivity, service excellence, and budget optimization within the logistics division

Orchestrate and streamline all inbound and outbound operations, including warehouse distribution activities

Build and nurture partnerships with transportation providers, vendors, and clients to ensure punctual product deliveries

Guide and mentor the logistics workforce, optimizing work allocation and team performance

Uphold strict adherence to company guidelines and industry standards, with particular focus on TAPA and CTPAT protocols

Supervise and regulate finished product stock levels

Oversee delivery confirmations and address any shipment irregularities

Direct the logistics team to align daily and weekly loading operations with business objectives

Champion workplace safety standards and guarantee procedural compliance across operations, personnel, and health & safety protocols

Spearhead improvements in customs documentation processes and establish robust procedural guidelines

Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (Planning/Procurement/Manufacturing/Finance) to maintain smooth operations and achieve performance targets

Handle operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Proven track record of 5+ years in industrial logistics/supply chain operations

Professional logistics certification preferred

Strong collaborative spirit and relationship-building capabilities
