Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to meet customer needs
  • Provide expert advice on automotive acoustics, soundproofing, and insulation
  • Stay updated on new NVH technologies and industry standards
  • Work with R&D teams to improve existing products and develop new ones
  • Develop marketing plans to promote NVH solutions
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company's network
  • Create sales materials, technical guides, and case studies to support business growth

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in NVH R&D at automotive manufacturers or Tier One suppliers
  • Strong background in NVH engineering, automotive acoustics, and insulation materials
  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing in the automotive sector
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with engineers, sales teams, and customers
  • Can explain technical details in a clear and simple way
  • Proficiency in English
