Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities for NVH solutions in the automotive industry
- Research market trends and understand customer needs to develop sales strategies
- Present NVH products to customers and explain their benefits
- Build and maintain strong connections with key customers
- Help customers choose the right NVH materials and solutions
- Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to meet customer needs
- Provide expert advice on automotive acoustics, soundproofing, and insulation
- Stay updated on new NVH technologies and industry standards
- Work with R&D teams to improve existing products and develop new ones
- Develop marketing plans to promote NVH solutions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company's network
- Create sales materials, technical guides, and case studies to support business growth
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in NVH R&D at automotive manufacturers or Tier One suppliers
- Strong background in NVH engineering, automotive acoustics, and insulation materials
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing in the automotive sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work with engineers, sales teams, and customers
- Can explain technical details in a clear and simple way
- Proficiency in English
