Sales Manager (Direct Sales)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop procedures and policies for the sales staff to ensure target achievement. Set KPIs for the team to meet targets, create relevant call scripts/sales incentives to persuade customers to sell.
  • Analyzing sales data to enhance procedures and ensuring resources are effectively allocated, maximizing efficiency and customer happiness.
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, reduce mistakes, and track operation performance.
  • Ensure that all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identify coaching needs, and plan coaching sessions.
  • Handling the most complex client complaints or queries, assisting subordinates in solving challenging difficulties, and providing appropriate directions.
  • Proposing staff changes in specified areas, such as hiring, promotion, demotion, vacations, leaves of absence, and staff release.
  • Evaluating personnel on KPIs, preparing daily sales reports, nonmotivating keeping staff, and providing leadership, management, and capacity management to reach KPI targets.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of telemarketing management experience in Tele sales, E-Commerce, or a comparable industry.
  • Familiarity with the startup environment and strong reporting abilities are preferred.
  • Quick action, dynamic and professional demeanor, strong leadership skills, motivation and coaching abilities, analysis skills, stress management, and time management.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Able to travel to ASEAN.
