Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day activities in the buyer consolidation sector.
- Handle and process customer orders efficiently.
- Ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping clients informed about the status.
- Manage and review shipping documents.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with international teams.
- Use specialized software, such as pivot tables.
- Adjust to hybrid work arrangements, including remote work or WFH.
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge in buyer consolidation, LCL are highly valued.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in CS in the logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. (At least Intermediate level)
- Fast Learning Skills.
- Effective coordination and teamwork with international teams.
- Familiarity with specialized software, including pivot tables.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment.
