Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Manage and supervise production staff.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in jewelry manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding in ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
