Job Title: Senior Product Manager (FMCG)
Location:  Bangkok, Thailand

Purpose of the Role

This position is responsible for leading the brand and commercial strategy for the Specific products. The role involves managing end-to-end brand strategy, execution, performance monitoring, and innovation to drive growth and brand equity in a dynamic consumer market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Commercial Strategy

  • Set the long-term commercial direction for the product portfolio with clear objectives, growth priorities, and category/channel focus.

  • Translate brand vision into executable strategies across product innovation, design, communication, pricing, and distribution.

  • Manage brand portfolio to align with consumer and business goals.

  • Own the brand P&L and marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient investment aligned with company strategy.

  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess performance against KPIs and optimize future planning.

2. Consumer & Market Insight

  • Continuously explore consumer behaviors, drivers, and pain points to uncover strategic insights.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and brand performance to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Utilize social and digital analytics tools to extract insights, guide brand messaging, and shape innovation.

  • Turn data from multiple sources into actionable brand and business recommendations.

3. Consumer Engagement & Connections

  • Lead the planning of consumer connection strategies and customer journey across various touchpoints.

  • Build messaging and positioning strategies that shift consumer perceptions and behaviors.

  • Define success metrics for consumer engagement and track ROI for all brand campaigns.

  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and integrate them into brand activation plans.

  • Collaborate across internal functions and with external agencies to ensure holistic execution across retail, e-commerce, and offline channels.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher (Marketing or related field preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG brand or product management.

  • Demonstrated success in brand building, strategic planning, and multi-channel

    campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Brand Tracking).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and develop 

    solutions.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of juggling priorities and tight

    deadlines.
  • Exceptional collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bilingual in Thai and English (spoken and written).

  • Experience managing P&L and marketing budgets with an emphasis on ROI.

  • Confident in communication, negotiation, and delivering presentations.

  • Self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed business objectives.
